The South Conway Club Rules

These rules are enforced through the honor system. Failure to respect them and fellow club members may result in action by the Board of Directors. They are designed to allow all members to enjoy the facilities safely while respecting everyone’s ability to enjoy them. If you are wondering if something might infringe on someone else’s enjoyment of the facilities, please don’t do it!


General Guest Rules

All guests must be accompanied by their member hosts.

Courtesy Privilege holders are not entitled to bring guests to the beach or tennis courts.

Guests fees are payable at southconwayclub.wildapricot.org 

The rate is $10 per person per visit to the beach and $10 per person for tennis.


Beach Rules

NO dogs or horses allowed at the beach.

NO boats may be stored at the beach.

NO smoking.

NO music without earphones.

NO washing hair or using soaps.

Everyone is responsible for removing his/her own trash.

People using the fireplace are responsible for putting out their fires, making sure partially burned wood and other fire debris are kept within the stone area. If using the firepit, make sure fire is extinguished and ashes and wood leftovers are within the stones after use. Do not use during very dry conditions.

No talking on cellphones on beach. Use area near bathhouses.

One babysitter per family is permitted.

Parents are responsible for proper use of toilet.

The upkeep of beach and beach house is the responsibility of ALL those who use them.

There is a noise curfew at 9pm. After that please keep noise to a minimum.


Tennis Court Rules

Sweep courts after use.

Wear proper footwear.

Do not leave trash of any kind at courts.

Pickup, clear away leaves and pine needles as needed.   

Do not use courts if still wet and soft, and your heel leaves an imprint.   

Any particular guest is allowed to play no more than 6 times per year.
